• All shipping prices shown are for one unit/set only. We offer combined shipping discounts for multiple item purchases (please wait for us to send you a combined invoice before paying). Depending on your destination, we ship your item by one of international express courier service

Returns Policy

• We guarantee this product purchased from us with a 12 month warranty against defects in quality. All our products are checked for quality before being shipped from our warehouse.
  

• In case of returning product, please send us an email with your name, eBay item# and the problem you have with the product before initiating any complaints with eBay or Paypal. Please do not return anything without first contacting us to obtain authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable. The item must be returned with all the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories by a shipping method that is insured and has tracking.

All my products are covered by a 12 MONTH WARRANTY.

Due to my supplier's stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by me is very low. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and i will help you solve these problems.

If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact me and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.

In general, if a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, i will accept a return.

You need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to the warehouse in China/Hong Kong .

When i receive your return i will send it to China(or you can send it straight to China)  to repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to me.

If a repair is impossible i will refund you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one.

Exceptions to Warranty

The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.

Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule

Warranty Limitation on Batteries.

I do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from me.

The lifetime of a battery depends heavily on:

how often you've used the device;

your charging habits;

how full or empty the battery has been and how many times;

environmental influences such as heat and humidity.

Rechargeable batteries can also be permanently reduced in capacity if you leave them completely drained for a long period of time. To keep your batteries healthy keep them charged and in use.

All my products have the batteries tested and confirmed OK when entering my supplier?s warehouse stock, and i ensure proper stock turnover so no products are expired when i send them out.

When you receive your items, charge the batteries fully before use, as my supplier do not pre-charge the batteries for you on all items.

For the "usage affects lifetime" reasons mentioned above, it is virtually impossible for my supplier,  to tell if a battery is "faulty", or just simply "naturally worn out" by your own use. Therefore the general 12 month product warranty from me does NOT apply to rechargeable batteries.

Please note my policy as follows:

Your product batteries are covered against faults for the first 30 days from the time you receive your goods only. Within this time if there is a fault i will assist you with replacing the faulty items. Normally this will be via a special delivery of the new batteries.

If, within this 30-day limited warranty period, the batteries will not recharge, or appear to drain too fast,contact me  and i will give you information about what levels it should be functioning at and confirm if it is faulty and can be replaced.

Outside this limited warranty period, customers are requested to pay for deliveries of spare batteries. In such a case, contact me and i will tell you how much you need to pay, as these items are not listed on my store.
