Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us so we can help you quickly and efficiently.
Q: I Would like a Refund?
A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Shipping
We usually ship merchandise within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller's account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if the buyer pays by cheque or Demand Draft, it may take several days. EBay recommends that you use a fast, safe payment method such as Paisa Pay.
Shipping: If we receive cleared payment before 15.00 Hrs. the merchandise will be shipped out on the same business day (Monday---Friday) otherwise the item will be shipped out the next business day.
Estimated delivery time: Estimated delivery time is the total amount of time that it will take for the buyer to receive the merchandise based on the handling time, the postal service selected, and the the type of payment used. It could be between 7 to 10 working days depending on the destination the merchandise is shipped to.
Octroi Charges: If applicable, to be paid by buyer to the courier agent.
We ship merchandise via â€" DTDC Courier with Tracking facility. Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by DTDC, Orders placed which can't be serviced by above courier will be refunded. Sometimes (Smaller items) orders can be despatched through Indian post / Speed post.
In Transit Damage: Every care is take to ensure that the merchandise reaches the buyer in safe condition, It is the responsibility of buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is in a non tempered condition. The shipper will not be held responsible for having received the product in a damaged condition once the acceptance receipt is handed over to the delivery agent.
Buyers from West Bengal & Orissa Please Note that If you are buying any product costing over Rs. 2500/- you need to provide a ROAD PERMIT Available from your Local Sales Tax Office. The goods shall not be shipped in the absence of the road permit.

Warranty and Returns
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 15days of purchase and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
