Warranty Terms : One year limited warranty is offered on the item purchased for any manufacturing defects under standard performance. The liability of the seller is limited to extent of replacement or refund on the seller’s acknowledgment that the product has a functional deficiency and that replacement or repair being the solution. Burnt / Melt internal PCB circuit due to high voltage. Physical damage or breakage to the item. Tampering or forced self repair on the product Improper Handling and/or use of the item Power cord is not included under warranty Damage caused due to short circuit of output power cord Returns In the case you are not satisfied with the Exilient Product bought by you, kindly return back within 7 days of receiving. However Returns are subject to the following conditions: Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. Item must be returned back in its original packaging including the contents and documents. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for the Return Item. Refund will not be given if buyer does not like the item or for any other reason. Other Terms: All Exilient products are new and sold with proper Tax bill.
