Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering. However in the rare occasion if the item is out of stock there maybe a slight delay in dispatching. We will notify you immediately if this is the case with your order.

We ship orders that weigh 3Kg and below by air courier. Our shipping carriers are Aramex, Professional Couriers and India Speed Post. Delivery by air courier takes anywhere between 1-5 business days.

All orders that weigh more than 3Kg will be shipped by surface couriers. Surface courier takes between 5-7 business days to deliver.

All local taxes such as octroi etc is the responsibility of the customer. The courier will collect octroi payment during the time of delivery where applicable. If your city does not levy octroi then you do not pay anything over what you have already paid.

Remote areas may not be covered by transporters specially for heavy shipments. Please contact us to clarify delivery queries before purchase. We may have to cancel and refund orders if they are not covered by transporters.

If you have not received your order within the time range mentioned above please email us immediately as this may be a delay that can be resolved immediately.

We believe in total customer satisfaction. If you find an item that you have ordered that is not up to the mark you can return it back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Certain items such as video games and personal products do not carry a return policy.
If your received item is defective or damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We will have it returned back to us and the transaction will be refunded.
