to the city of seller/distributor/manufacturer to file a consumer complaint.
You can file a consumer complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase of
item. We would however advise you to be very judicious in filing the consumer

10. We do not ship on the hostel address
and/or any guest house address, In case you are living in a hostel then please
update your shipping address of that of a local resident before placing your
order. The shipping address should accompany the mobile no. of the
addressee/consignee, and that your valid mobile no. should also accompany with
your name as a buyer/registered member of eBay. Before shipping the item to
third party address, we verify the address and mobile no, by personally calling
