Q: Will you provide a SIM Card?
A: SIM Card will be provided as per your delivery address region. Ex - Rajasthan SIM will be provided for Rajasthan delivery address. Delhi SIM will be provided for Delhi delivery address.
Q: How will we activate?
A: After you make the purchase, we inform the MTS team of your purchase. Someone from their team will contact you for activation. If your area is serviceable by their team, they will fix an appointment with you to collect the required documents. Else you will have to visit the nearest MTS Store for activation.
Q: What documents are required for Activation?
A: An ID Proof, a Passport size photo are required for activation. The MTS team will also get their CAF form signed from you.
Q: Are there are any charges for activation?
A: There are no charges for activation.
