Warranty: We provide products with sellers(Dealer)warranty
Product Sold Under Manufacturer Warranty: Products under manufacturer warranty should be sent to the respective brand’s service centre for required services. Product will be delivered in sealed packaging. In case of products received dead on arrival with manufacturer warranty should be sent to the service centre and not to the seller.
Product Sold Under Seller Warranty(OEM & GENERIC): Products under seller warranty will be addressed by the seller and should be sent to the seller after confirming the address for reshipment within the specified warranty period. Seller warranty will cover only the product and not the accessories. The buyer will have to pay for shipping charges, repairs servicing will be done free of cost. Normal wear & tear and any problem arising out of misuse/breakages are not covered under warranty.
Products which are imported though genuine are not covered under manufacturer warranty , hence we provide 30 days seller warranty on that products .
Any item returned for warranty that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer.
Please Clear all your Doubts before buying the product.
The following cases are not covered under warranty:
· All warranty claims become void if the product is tempered with by unauthorised persons or repair shops.
· Minor faults or deviation in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose.
· Any accessories supplied with the product.
· Faults resulting from improper use (e.g. operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltageor wrong system configuration)
· Faults due to wear & tear.
· Damage resulting from fire or liquid seepage.
· Any modification of a product done by you or a third party, unless we have given its prior written consent to the nature & extent of the modification.
· Faults of which the buyer was already aware of at the time of purchase.
· Failure to read and understand the product description ,it’s use or installation
- Kindly check the products worth and its usefulness before buying the product ,once the product is bought ,we cannot accept the product back just because its of no use to you or you do not have any professional help to install the product.
- Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless of any reason(s). No exceptions.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
- Leaving a Negative feedback will not resolve any problem, but contacting us will definitely resolve the problem(Feedback once left cannot be changed or removed )
