1) We ship only in India
2) Items will be shipped within 3-5 days after the confirmation of complete payment.
3) We ship through reputed courier i.e, DTDC. If your area is not covered under serviceable area of DTDC, then orders can be dispatched through Speed Post. But it may take up to 10 days to reach, depending upon the location of the buyer.
4) If you want us to ship through any other Courier Service, please message us through eBay messaging before purchase and place an order only after our confirmation for the same. We will try our best to send the item through the courier of your choice. However, we may choose to even cancel the order in case we are not able to ship it via the courier of your choice or if you place an order without our confirmation and send a request to send the item via courier of your choice after purchase.
5) All products are shipped with 100% in-transit Insurance including Handling, Packing Materials, Boxes, Fuel Charges and Warehouse Processing Charges.
6) In some States like Maharashtra and MP, Octroi is applicable. Most of times its not charged & shipment is delivered free but still if charged, Buyer need to make the payment directly to the shipping company. Octroi charges are NOT included in the listing price and it has to be paid by the Buyer only.
1) The items are 100% as described on the listing page.
2) Please do not purchase the item if you feel that the description is incorrect or insufficient. In such case, please do not hesitate to contact us through eBay messaging before making the purchase and we will be glad to assist you in clarifying your doubts.
3) In the event your item is damaged or defective you must contact us within 24 hrs through eBay messaging.
4) After delivery, we have standard 7 days "no questions asked return policy", only return shipping charge to be paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for returning the product safely in good packing condition to us.
5) Product sold under manufacturer warranty: should be sent to the respective brands service center for required services.
6) Product sold with dealer warranty (seller warranty): will be addressed by the seller and should be sent to the seller after confirming the address for reshipment within the specified warranty period.
7) Replacement or refund, whichever applicable will be done only after receiving the material sent by the buyer.

There is nothing for which you should give negative / neutral feedback, for any problem in an item you will receive full refund / replacement/ repairs from the manufacturer. If the product is not delivered due to any reason buyer will receive full refund in the original mode of payment.
