How to return or
exchange an item:
Ø If you have any problems with your item
once it is received, please contact us and give us a chance to fix the problem.
Don’t send the unit to us without informing us. Don’t leave negative
feedback/dispute without communicating with us. We will try our best to solve
your every problem till your satisfaction.
Ø To resolve any problem contact us and
send Photographs of the problem showing any damage or unusual aspects of it.
This will help us to resolve the issue fast and will avoid
confusion.
Ø Approved returns will be subjected to
inspection on arrival. Item must be returned in original condition with all
original packing. Refund will be provided within 24 hrs after receiving the
product.
Ø Warranty does not cover items faults
caused by misuse (i.e.; Physical or liquid damage).
Ø All Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Ø Return delivery costs are
responsibility of buyer. We will cover the complete cost of sending replacement
parts for the warranty period of 3 months.
Ø All non-defective returns must be in
new, re-sell-able condition with all original unmarked packaging, accessories,
manuals and unmarked warranty cards. Items showing signs of misuse or abuse will
not be accepted for credit.
Ø After 3 months, all the replacement
parts are provided to the customer at very nominal cost covering the cost price
of the replacement parts only. Nominal & Actual shipping cost will be asked
for.
