HANDLING & PACKING
· Every care is taken in Packing so that the item reaches the buyer in safe condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is in non-tampered condition.
·Do not accept the packet if the pack is not sealed, or is damaged, in the situation of any doubt, open the packet in front of the courier personnel and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged.
·Please do not complain about the item received was damaged, once accepted from courier.
· We normally ship the items within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment but in some cases it might take a bit longer to ship the product.
· We ship all our items through Courier and deliver the items within 2-7 working days at most of the destinations across India. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed.
·Taxes where applicable are to be paid by buyer, Any OCTROI charged in any state will be paid by the buyer directly to Courier company.
· The courier company requires the correct address, and the telephone number of the buyer for on time delivery. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
