All products sold are with Bill and Warranty. Warranty is covered as per mentioned on Product Page.
Defective Product Received:
We take all possible measures to send quality products to you. Still, if you receive a defective product, you are requested to visit / contact the Authorized service centre / customer care centre for the product.
Please contact us within 24 hours from receiving this product - we will resolve this to your satisfaction.
For Manufacture Warranty products, warranty will be only covered by the respective Authorized service centre / Customer care centre for that particular product.
Damaged Product Received:
We take Utmost care to send products to you in a secure condition. Still, In case you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving this product - we will resolve this to your satisfaction.
Incorrect Product Received:
We take Utmost care to send the product as per order received by us. However, in case of any occasional slip, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery - we will ensure that either a replacement is sent out or we initiate a refund once the product is returned to us.
Product is physically damage or burnt:
We are very sorry the warranty is void for the products which are physically damaged or burnt.
Conditions for which goods to be not accepted for replacement/refund:
– Damages due to misuse of product.
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
– Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
– Software’s (Respective software companies should be contacted on their helpline.)
– Tampered Products or Missing Serial Numbers.
– Manufacturer's Warranty Products.
– Official Company Importers or Distributors products, where they are supporting direct Warranty.
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
Courier charges incurred for sending back damaged/incorrect:
The amount incurred by you will be refunded back to you once the product is returned back to us and the order is either reshipped/cancelled. If the product is reshipped then only the courier charges incurred by you will be given and in case of cancellation the total amount including the courier paid for sending the parcel back to us will be paid.
Service Centre not able to rectify the issue:
You may contact the customer Care for the manufacturer or the brand. You can also contact us for support; we will try to resolve this for you.
No service station in area:
You may contact the customer Care of the manufacturer or the brand and check for the nearest service centre available. The relevant information would be also available at Manufacture’s website. You can also contact us for support; we will try to resolve this for you.
