Return Policy & Conditions:
Items to be opened in front of courier personnel and physical defect if any to be pointed out and the item not to be accepted. No claims for any physical damage can be accepted if not reported to the courier. The item is covered under Manufacturer Warranty. All subsequent complaints and issues are to be taken up with the company’s nearest Service office/ website. The original VAT paid bill is to be conserved and shown for the purpose.

Q. How are you selling the items so cheap? Cheaper than the showroom prices?
A. There are various overheads in a showroom. However selling on eBay entails minimum selling costs and hence lower prices for customers.
Q. Are there any hidden costs in the transaction?
A. There are no hidden costs. The price you pay is always inclusive or shipping costs and all taxes. However Octroi is charged only in few places and is not included and is to be paid by the buyer. Currently Octroi is charged in all places in Maharashtra.
Q. How come your rates are lowest on eBay?
A. We have direct sourcing of items from the stockists and wholesalers and are selling with minimum margins. However the items cannot be sold below a Minimum Selling Price. We endeavour to sell to you at the best prices possible.
Q. There are bigger more reputed sellers on eBay. Why should I buy from you?
A. Your purchase on eBay is 100% safe. Therefore having decided on the item, it is only prudent to go for the most economical seller. Be rest assured that we get paid only when you are fully satisfied with the transaction. Buy with Full Confidence.
Q. Why are your prices higher in certain models?
A. Please note that all our rates are inclusive of shipping charges by Blue Dart Apex, the most reputed, expensive and reliable courier service in India or by DTDC in other cases. Other sellers may have included shipping separately giving the impression of lower prices. Kindly check prices including shipping with our rates before making you purchase decision.
Q. Why no shipping to certain states?
A. These states requires Sales Tax form duly filled by the buyer (resident of the state) to be given to the seller before the item can be dispatched. Our experience shows that most of times, the buyers having purchased the item do not bother sending the form. As a result, we are left with unfinished sales, unsold stock and administrative hassles. Therefore as a policy, we do not ship to these states.
Q. Why can’t I send the item back to you for Warranty issues?
A. We are resellers of the products and not an authorised service agency for these brands. You need to send the items for any service related issue to these centres only which are easily available over the internet on the company’s website. Kindly preserve the tax paid bill for availing the warranty.
Q. What shall I do if the item has come damaged on arrival?
A. We send through the most reliable courier service in India after duly verifying the condition of the item. The courier company themselves will not accept open or tampered packages from us. Therefore no question arises of items being damaged on arrival. In the rare case of it happening, you must not accept the package from the courier. It is important and essential that the package be opened for physical condition verification in front of the courier representatives if you see any damage/tampering to outside physical condition. No claims of physical damage of the items on arrival will be accepted if not shown to the courier personnel and items returned to them.

A. Please note that eBay policies prohibit physical interactions between the members. We will ship the item by courier even if the buyer is from the same city. Similarly, we accept ONLY PAISAPAY, which is also the safest mode of payment for the buyers.
