Return Policy and Procedure

1). Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, sale number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all accessories and all original packaging materials and packed as it was when received.

2). Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested for tampering of seals or screws and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective due to fault during production and assembly.

3). In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund/merchandise credit will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

4). If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense.

5). The items to be returned should be sent only by India Post SPEED POST ( not by any courier service ) with the item correctly declared under insurance. Warranty is given to all the products sold by me as shown in the warranty column. It ranges from Nil, One month, 3 Months, 6 Months and One year depending upon the product. Warranty is to be activated by confirming delivery within 24 hours via eBay channel and Feed back should be given within 10 days from the date of receipt. The warranty is void if this condition is not met for whatever the reason. No excuse on this condition. You cannot file any claim for repair, replacement or refund without confirming delivery as per eBay regulations. All products except a few accessories sold by me are made in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc. The product has to be sent to China for repair. I have agreement with Chinese suppliers for repair and warranty. The shipping cost to send it to China for repair or replacement or refund has to be paid by the buyer.


Shipping is by INDIA SPEED POST, Franch Express, Blaze Flash, Blue Dart Express, FEDEX, DTDC, DHL / USP air express courier or Chinese Postal Service or Hong Kong Post or EMS Express at the discretion of the seller. Less (LESS than Rs.1000)valuable items are shipped bare without original packing to reduce shipping cost. All items are shipped from India within one day. 1] What is the colour of the product?:

The product colour is usually that is seen in the first picture. Please contact customer care if you are specific to any colour preference. There may be little colour difference due to technical limits and monitor/display specs.

2] Whether exchange is allowed?:

Yes for all products which are not personally used involving hygiene and exhaust. For example- Nose trimmers, dental care kit, creams, Pens etc are not allowed for exchange. Please contact by email.

3] How many batteries are supplied with the gadget?:

Usually two batteries come for all Android Phones. Sometimes only one battery will come . Such particulars are available in the listing.

4] Can you ship by Bluedart or DTDC to my area?:

I usually ship products which are less than Rs.500/= in value only by India Speed Post to keep the overall cost to the customer very minimum. I ship to all locations in India. I do ship by any courier unless customer is specific and his address false within service area of the major courier service. I engage POWERSHIP of eBay so you will get the product likely within 72 hours if you are within service area.

5] What will be the result if the Post Man marks it delivered but actually not delivered?:

The customer has to immediately inform me so that I will file complaint with your area Speed Post Manager by email and investigate the claims. It is your responsibility to file complaint with your local post office.

6] Whether anyone at my Home can receive the parcel?:

Yes. Please authorise them to receive parcels.

7] What should I do if the delivery was given to wrong person/incorrect addressee:

You are likely to lose. So please track your package from 4th day of shipping and be watchful. Please report to eBay / me if you have not received but tracking shows as if you received. You have to file complaint with the appropriate delivery agency immediately.

8] What will happen to the package if I am not available at the address given by me during daytime?:

Please give address where you will be available for personal delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange to get the parcel. You have to keep track of the shipped item from 3rd day of shipping and contact your post office / Postman / Courier office. Please make arrangement to receive the parcel on your own.

9] Whether COD is allowed?:

Please contact me over phone. I can ship by VPP through Post Office if you cannot pay by PaisaPay. You have to pay the VPP charges and Insurance charges if the product is more than Rs.500 in value. Insurance charge is 5% of the value. All products which are more than Rs.1000/= in value can be shipped under COD provided you agree to pay the COD charges levied by eBay Powership / Bluedart couriers etc.

10] Whether combined shipping allowed with discount?:

It is allowed for few items only. It will show up wherever allowed.

11] Do you accept any payment method other than Paisapay?:

No. I advice the customer to pay only by paisa pay. You can contact me if you cannot pay by paisapay. I can accept all modes of payment if you do not have or cannot use your debit card or credit card.

12] Whether local residents can come to the seller's place and inspect the product and then buy?:

Yes. You may contact the seller over phone and work out convenience.

13] Whether the buyer can pay in person and get the product?:

Yes. Wherever it is economical and safe for buyers, such direct purchase is permitted if payment through Paisapay cannot be preferred for want of Bank account or credit card etc..

14] Whether the buyer can return the product if not satisfied subjectively?:

Yes, You can return the product within 7 days subject to Return policy. Refund will be given immediately including the original shipping charges. You need not assign any reason.

16] When a product is to be returned who has to bear the shipping charges?:

I  or eBay / PaisaPay will bear the return shipping cost if the value of the product is more than Rs.1000/=. The buyer has to bear the shipping charges in other cases. For products which have to be sent to China for repair or replacement, the buyer has to pay both way shipping charges including insurance charges. The buyer will not arrange for pick up at any cost.

17] Whether service and repair will be done when required at buyers expense?:

Yes, Service and Repair can be done at buyer's expense whenever spare parts and such facilities are available on mutual consent.

18] Whether seller will help to procure spare parts?:

Sure. Such service will be done buyer's expense subject to availability in the international online trade market.

19] Whether the seller is available over phone?:

No . Not at all.

22] Whether Chinese made gadgets endure for long?:

Nowadays all Big Brand companies manufacture their product only in China. I procure gadgets only from reputed seller in China. Hence I assure you the product quality will be good. But whatever may be the assurance, the Chinese products are meant/designed only for one year's use. You cannot expect more than this.

23] Why do you want extension of time for shipping and delivery in case of products to come from China?:

All products coming from China are shipped only by Registered Air Parcel. This is done because any parcel coming through Blue Dart / DHL / FEDEX etc will definitely suffer customs duty and service charges levied extra by courier. Whereas the items coming by ordinary post do not suffer customs duty normally or suffer rarely. Ordinary posts takes time.

24] What should I do if the items reach broken or damaged?:

Please don't accept the parcel unless the weight declared in the shipping fee bill pasted is same, the package tampered or damaged. Please file complaint with post office / Courier agency and get acknowledgement about such damage.

25] Why do you prefer Speed Post than Couriers?:

The Couriers are not accountable for any transit loss. Their compensation is limited to Rs.100/= only. Speed Post is by our government and the officials are responsible for any lapse. Theft is minimum with Speed Post. Further small tiny gadgets low cost gadgets cannot be shipped by spending more money in Courier charges. Now POWERSHIP  has come hence I will try to send all products only by major courier agencies such as First Flight, Bluedart express etc., if your area falls within their service area.

26] Whether electronic gadgets/electric gadgets are given warranty?:

Yes. The warranty is only for manufacturing defects. Software corruption / burning due to voltage fluctuation or spike etc are not covered under any warranty. Defects arising due to installation of new software or tampering with existing installations also do not come under warranty.

27] Do you help in procuring products not listed by you for sale:

Yes. I will help you wherever I can.

28] Do you ship to my place?:

Yes. I ship to any place within India including Andaman Islands. I will ask for extension of delivery time for remote areas. I can honour your orders only after extension of time granted.

29] Do you ship to outside India?:

I don't normally ship. I can ship if you are very keen. This is possible when there is drop shipping order. That means, I may not have stock; I will order my suppliers to directly send it to you. The shipping charges will be calculated and informed to you because all such delivery will be made by EMS or DHL /FEDEX or other international Couriers.

I ship by SPEED POST with POD. Customers may retain the POD accidentally which is otherwise not legal but considered as mischievous. Please advice postman to collect the POD. Please sign the POD with your name and Mobile number. I prove delivery simply by tracking results screen shot which is legally valid with eBay and Paisapay.

35] Do you offer warranty to all products?:

Warranty is mentioned in the listing. Warranty is activated only when you formally confirm the delivery within 24 hours of delivery and also feedback within 10 days. Warranty cannot be demanded if the buyer fails to adhere to this condition.

44] How to return a damaged/defective product?:

Please send pictures and video to me and get confirmation for returning the product. Please send the product only by SPEED POST under Insurance. Parcels coming through couriers will not be received. Please pack the product with all materials you received including packing materials. This is necessary for verification.

45] Can I pay by Money Order?:

Yes you can. I advice you to send money by eMO ( Electronic Money Order) only when you cannot send money through Paisapay. You can prefer online transfer for payment in such cases. NEFT Transfer is good. Payment through PAISAPAY is highly secure.

46] Payment gateway not working?:

47] Can I examine the product before I buy?:

Yes. Costly but cheaper than other sellers. But this warranty you won't get. The online trade portals are for those who want to save their time, fuel and energy to spend on productive businesses. I have to add overhead costs, procurement costs, eBay / Paisapay Commissions, Sale Tax , Income Tax, Business Tax etc..So cost increases.

49] Is there any time limit to inform DOA / Damage in the product?:

Yes. The buyer should inform the seller within 1 hour of the receipt of the product in case of Dead on Arrival ( DOA) or damage. Maximum time allowed is 24 hours only. Complaints will not be entertained after this time limit.

50] Is bargaining permitted?:

 I am sorry. I do not permit bargaining. Prices are fixed.

51] Whether Solar Chargers are effective?:

Yes. They are very effective. These solar cells generate very minute quantity of electricity and charge the battery inbuilt. The charging effectiveness depends on the strength of SUN light and angle of incidence of SUN Rays. But these cells work wonderfully. These solar cells cannot charge mobile phones directly, so when there is no charge in the phone.

52] Whether Chinese Android Phones are reliable/stable?:

Yes. Branded Android phones are secured by not giving you the application installer, File manager, Astro etc to prevent you from installing too many applications thus ensuring good working. Whereas Chinese phones give all apks, by which users load heavily and face troubles. Otherwise Chinese android phones are perfect as branded.

53] Why Android Phones drain battery too much?:

54] Can I get higher quality product by returning a product already bought?:

Yes. You can. Only loss to you is the returning shipping charges. You can return and request for higher quality product I am selling. The difference can be paid separately.
