What can I do if I think a seller’s shipping costs are too high or unfair?
If you intend to sell on one or more of eBay's international sites, you will need to accept, and we encourage you to carefully review, the User Agreement, policies, and other requirements of that site. You can continue to reach out to the relevant customer service teams on the respective eBay site of your listing or transaction, as may be applicable to the nature of your query.
eBay doesn't permit sellers to list items with excessive shipping and handling charges. These charges can confuse buyers about the real cost of an item and may reduce the amount of buyer protection coverage available for a purchase.
Make sure you:
If you think that a seller's shipping costs are too high or unfair, eBay recommends that you not bid on or purchase the item. You can report the listing to us by clicking the "Report this item" link at the bottom of the listing. eBay will review the listing and take appropriate action.
