Drugs and drug paraphernalia policy
If you intend to sell on one or more of eBay's international sites, you will need to accept, and we encourage you to carefully review, the User Agreement, policies, and other requirements of that site. You can continue to reach out to the relevant customer service teams on the respective eBay site of your listing or transaction, as may be applicable to the nature of your query.
Narcotics, steroids, and all other controlled substances aren't allowed on eBay.
You also can't list drug paraphernalia, including items designed or primarily intended for use in manufacturing, concealing, or using a controlled substance.
For information regarding the sale of smoking accessories, read our Tobacco and smoking accessories policy.
What are the guidelines?
eBay doesn't allow drug paraphernalia, or items designed or primarily intended for making, concealing, or using a controlled substance.
You can list some smoking accessories not intended for drug use. For guidelines, please refer to our tobacco and smoking accessories policy.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including restrictions of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
For more information, review the sections of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act noted here.
Gamma hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) ban: For more information about specific substances covered by this law, see 21 U.S.C. 812
We urge our buyers and sellers to comply with all government regulations. Because the sale of drugs and drug paraphernalia is prohibited by law, regulated, or may cause harm to eBay or its members, we don't allow sellers to list them.
