If you intend to sell on one or more of eBay's international sites, you will need to accept, and we encourage you to carefully review, the User Agreement, policies, and other requirements of that site. You can continue to reach out to the relevant customer service teams on the respective eBay site of your listing or transaction, as may be applicable to the nature of your query.
Sellers can't list any items that enable people to duplicate copy-protected materials like music CDs, movie DVDs, video games, and software. Also, sellers can't encourage the use of items designed to bypass copy-protection measures.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
What are the guidelines?
Not Allowed
Some examples of things that aren't allowed:
Hardware that lets people duplicate copy-protected video game cartridges
Ripping software that lets people duplicate copy-protected CDs or DVDs
Software or books that describe how to bypass copy-protection codes on CDs, DVDs, or other media
A book on how to copy a copy-protected DVD
We require our members to follow all laws and regulations. Since the duplication of copy-protected materials is against the law, regulated, or may cause harm to our members, sellers can't list items on eBay that encourage such duplication.
