Feedback in Seller Terms and Conditions
If you intend to sell on one or more of eBay's international sites, you will need to accept, and we encourage you to carefully review, the User Agreement, policies, and other requirements of that site. You can continue to reach out to the relevant customer service teams on the respective eBay site of your listing or transaction, as may be applicable to the nature of your query.
Sellers are not permitted to include in their listings or terms of sale any conditions that limit or restrict the buyer from leaving feedback.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
Spend a few minutes taking eBay's tutorial on Fee Circumvention.
"Buyers who leave negative feedback without first contacting me will be required to pay me Rs.500."
"By purchasing this item you agree to only leave positive feedback on my account."
Feedback is the foundation of trust on eBay. Having terms and conditions that dissuade an individual from leaving feedback undermines the integrity of the feedback system and decreases trust within the eBay marketplace.
