Receiving a Final Value Fee CreditIf you intend to sell on one or more of eBay's international sites, you will need to accept, and we encourage you to carefully review, the User Agreement, policies, and other requirements of that site. You can continue to reach out to the relevant customer service teams on the respective eBay site of your listing or transaction, as may be applicable to the nature of your query.
To receive a Final Value Fee credit to your seller account, you need to open and close a case for an unpaid item or canceled transaction at our Resolution Center. (For instructions on how to do this, see What to do if a buyer doesn't pay or Canceling a transaction.) After you close a case, you may receive a Final Value Fee credit under the following conditions:
If you qualify for a Final Value Fee credit, it will be assigned to your seller account 7-10 days after you close the case and can be applied to another listing. If you want to be refunded for the credit, go here. Note: If you relist the item, you may qualify for an Insertion Fee credit, but will pay the usual Final Value Fee when the item sells.
