The Seller registration KYC (Know Your Customer) process

The KYC/Vetting process

In order to maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on sellers account. When your selling account reaches the global trading limit you will be blocked from selling and messaged to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) Process.

Based on your Business Type selected during seller registration you will need to give a few scanned documents and get your account verified and have this limit block removed.

Once your documents are uploaded, we will verify the documents and complete the KYC process in 2-3 business days. You may be contacted to understand about your current and future business plans.

If you have not yet started selling on eBay you can start by clicking sell on any of the eBay sites you wish to start your selling activity or click here to complete your Seller registration.
