Making a One-Time Payment

You can make a one-time payment for your eBay selling fees from the Make a Single Payment on Your eBay Seller Account page or the “Seller Account” section of My eBay.

If you have been an existing Seller and had an eBay INR currency account you will see your two accounts.

1. USD Currency eBay Account

  • Please pay your USD Currency eBay account dues thru PayPal only.

2. INR Currency eBay account

  • Please pay your INR Currency eBay account dues thru PaisaPay only.

Paying your USD Currency eBay account dues with PayPal:
  1. Click the "My eBay" link.

  2. On My eBay click the "Account" tab.

  3. On the Seller Account page click the link "Make a one-time payment" under Payment methods for Seller Fees.

  4. Enter the USD amount due in the PayPal amount text box.

  5. Click Pay - You will be redirected to PayPal site.

  6. On the PayPal site you need to either log in with your PayPal account or use the Pay with Credit or Debit Card option as explained below.

If paying with your PayPal account by signing in:
  1. Click the "My eBay" link.

  2. On My eBay click the "Account" tab.

  3. On the Seller Account page click the link "Make a one-time payment" under Payment methods for Seller Fees.

  4. Enter the USD amount due in the PayPal amount text box.

  5. Click Pay - You will be redirected to PayPal site.

  6. Once on the PayPal site login with your PayPal account.

  7. After logging in you can either:

    • Choose any one of the Credit or Debit cards that you have already added to your PayPal account. (Note - Only Credit or Debit cards supporting International/USD payment are accepted)

    • Or add a new Credit or Debit card by entering your Credit or Debit Card details and proceed to pay. (Note - Only Credit or Debit cards supporting International/USD payment are accepted)

    Please note - On successful payment of your USD dues thru PayPal your eBay account will be credited in 2-3 business days.

If paying with Credit Card or Debit Card option directly:
  1. Click the "My eBay" link.

  2. On My eBay click the "Account" tab.

  3. On the Seller Account page click the link "Make a one-time payment" under Payment methods for Seller Fees.

  4. Enter the USD amount due in the PayPal amount text box.

  5. Click Pay - You will be redirected to PayPal site. Once on the PayPal site click the link Pay with Credit or Debit Card just below the login box.

  6. Enter your Credit or Debit Card details and proceed to pay. (Only Credit or Debit cards supporting International/USD payment are accepted).

    Please note - On successful payment of your USD dues thru PayPal your eBay account will be credited in 2-3 business days.

Paying for INR Currency eBay account dues with PaisaPay:
  1. Enter the INR amount due in the PaisaPay amount text box.

  2. Click Pay – Chose the Payment method (Credit / Debit cards and Net Banking).

  3. On clicking Pay you will be redirected to enter your site you need to either log in with your PayPal account or use the Pay with Credit Card or Debit Card option.

  4. Enter your Credit card or Debit card and proceed to pay.

You can make a one-time payment of your selling fees with the following payment methods.

Important: Please do not send cash payments to eBay.

Note: The making a one-time payment option is not for a buyer to pay the seller. It is for sellers to pay their eBay seller fees. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the sellers. Please do not send these payments to eBay.

Making a one-time, online bank transfer with PaisaPay

You can make a one-time payment using PaisaPay at any time.

To make a one-time PaisaPay payment:
  1. Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay Home page.

  2. On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.

  3. Under eBay Seller Fees, in the “One-time PaisaPay Payments” section, enter the amount you want to pay, and then click the Pay button.

  4. Log in to PaisaPay to complete your payment.

 

Making a one-time payment by credit card

You can still make a one-time payment using a credit card.

To make a one-time payment by credit card:
  1. Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay Home page.

  2. On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.

  3. Under eBay Seller Fees, select the “payment method” link to select another one-time payment method.

  4. Click the “Pay with your credit card” link.

  5. On the Make a Credit Card Payment page, enter the credit card information and amount you want to pay, and then click the Pay button.

  6. You will be directed to the credit card issuing banks website to enter your Verified by Visa (VBV) / MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) password and verify your credit card and complete your transaction.

Note: You don't have to use the same credit card that you used to register on eBay. Your credit card will normally be charged 5 to 7 days after you receive your invoice. Learn more about eBay account invoices and payment schedules.

Making a one-time payment by cheque or demand draft

To ensure that your payment is processed quickly and accurately, please enclose a payment coupon with your cheque or demand draft.

To obtain a payment coupon:
  1. Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay Home page.

  2. On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.

  3. Under eBay Seller Fees, select the “payment method” link to select another one-time payment method.

  4. Click the “Mail in a cheque or demand draft” link.

  5. Print out the payment coupon, enclose it with your cheque or demand draft, and mail your payment to the address shown on the coupon.

When paying by cheque or demand draft:

  • Always write your eBay invoice number and User ID on the front of your cheque or demand draft.

  • Always send your cheque or demand draft to the address shown on the payment coupon. Sending it to any other address will delay processing.

  • Cheque and demand draft payments take 7 to 10 business days to process and post to your account.

  • Your cheque information must match your account information (no third-party cheques).

  • Returned cheques are subject to a Rs.150.00 service charge.

  • If you are signed up for automatic monthly payments, be sure to mail your cheque or demand draft for the full amount owed at least 10 days prior to your invoice date. This will ensure that you are not charged twice.

To view payment status

  1. Go to My eBay

  2. Click the "Seller Account" link within the "My Account" section.

  3. Click the "payments and refunds" link.
