If your item doesn't sell the first time you list it, your buyer doesn't pay, you cancel the transaction, or you end your listing early, you can relist the item and offer it for sale again.
You can relist an item in 2 ways:
Manually relist - you can manually relist an item after the listing ends. Use this option when:
A listing ends, but the item doesn't sell
You cancel the transaction
You end your listing early
Automatically relist - you can set your listing to automatically relist up to 2 more times.
If you use Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro or Seller Hub, you can also set your items up to automatically relist via the automation rules. Normal insertion fees and advanced feature fees apply each time your item is relisted. Normal insertion fees apply to each automatic relisting. Learn more about listing and relisting items in Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro and Seller Hub.
Automatically relisting an item
You can easily set up your listing to automatically relist.
When you automatically relist your item:
Your item is relisted up to 2 more times if it doesn't sell.
When your item is relisted, the duration of the listing is the same as the prior listing period for that item.
You're charged an insertion fee for the original listing, and an insertion fee each time your item is automatically relisted.
When an item is automatically relisted, it counts toward your monthly free-insertion-fee listings. (For example, if you list an item and it automatically relists 2 times, it counts as 3 free-insertion-fee listings – 1 free-insertion-fee listing for the original listing, and 1 free-insertion-fee listing for each of the 2 relistings.) Learn more about free-insertion-fee listings.
You're charged the fees for any advanced listing upgrades you selected each time your item is relisted. Learn more about how fees work.
Things to keep in mind:
Relisting your item automatically isn't available for 1- and 3-day duration listings and Good 'Til Cancelled listings.
You can automatically relist both auction-style and fixed price listings.
When your item is relisted, it might not appear on the site for several hours after the initial listing ends.
Your eligibility to automatically relist an item is based on your transactions and sales. When you're eligible to relist an item automatically, you see the option in the listing form. You can see your transactions and sales in your Seller Dashboard in My eBay or in Seller Hub > Overview.
Once you choose to automatically relist your item up to 2 more times, you won't be able to relist it manually until the automatic relisting periods are over.
If the automatic relist was unsuccessful, you can still relist your item manually. If the automatic relist is unsuccessful, you see a message displayed for that item in My eBay.
You can remove the automatic relist setting at any time.

Lower your starting price
Lowering your starting price may attract more buyers.

Use words in your title that specifically describe your item (like "Chinese Ming Vase" rather than "flower vase"). Remember that if you change your listing title, it may not be searchable in a keyword or category search for several hours.
Avoid words and characters that buyers won't search for (like "L@@k").

Consider listing in 2 categories. Keep in mind that if you relist an item in 2 categories, you may encounter certain restrictions. Learn more about listing in 2 categories.
Add product details
Including product details makes it easier for buyers to find your item. If your item's category is associated with a product in our catalog, we may show you a product from our catalog and ask you to confirm that it's the same as your item. We may offer you product details from our catalog and a stock photo for your listing.
Product details may also be available if you're relisting products in bulk. We'll walk you through adding product details to one item at a time.
Adding product details
If you didn't provide product details in a Good 'Til Cancelled listing, your listing may be cancelled.
