  Dear Ebay, I ordered this item on 28 June and received an e-mail to say it was despatched on 4 July..The delivery date given was 11-17 July but it still hasn't arrived yet. I contacted the seller on 21 August and asked if he could track its progress. He replied that he would but he was very busy and his dog had just died. I'm sure the seller is doing his best but it is now 6 September and nothing - is there anything else I can do please? Jane Smith.
