Even though the printer arrived with a bad print head, the company offered a partial refund to cover the cost to have it repaired. After telling the company that the repair would cost more than the printer's purchase price they the gave a full refund without me asking and wanted me to recycle the printer. I recycled the printer at a local electronics recycling facility. Seller has a fast response time to messages which is great.
