  The issues was the item was too small to read inscription and compared to The listing photo the item description was readable but the actual item was smaller than a US dime and the inscription was unreadable. After back & forth messages the seller acknowledged the item was listed with no cost shipping, and had failed to add in the description the actual size. Had I known it was so small I would not have ordered it. But the seller did accept the mistakes and sent a refund, all to my satisfaction.
