ethanol upgrade
Just the right size to make a 440 AVS carb primary good for 10% ethanol.

Good GP lens
A good general purpose lens. At min focal length (24) you can see a bit of coma while imaging stars. An expected compromise with a zoom.

Works well, difficult at longer distances
Function is really pretty good. The carrier is a low power visible red laser pointer so outdoors at any distance during the day is very challenging. I made a bracket to attach a cheapo rifle scope to it that I aligned the crosshairs to the red dot, made a huge difference. Also, really needs a tripod at any distance. None of this is too surprising but worth being aware of.
