expectations sank and not happy with the product
I had bought this phone with a high expectation of Very good Camera quality. I always admire Samsung Europe supply quality over to its Asian counter part. But this time I had a very bad experience.
Though This Tocco Ultra touch's specs stands high it is n't so in reality to me. The 8 mega pixel never worked beyond 640x480 pixel quality. I am unable to take picture and view it at a resolution grater than 640x480 there is a PCB card failure it was told by Samsung India.
Indian Samsung do not want to provide service to UK product. The Replacement cost of photo PCB is more or less equal to cost of the set around 100 UK pounds.
My expectations sank and not happy with the product I bought on EBAY.
The all other functions are ok. Good touch screen functions and interface.
Photo viewer not lived up to my expectation lags and sometime confuses more due to automatic viewer settings.
Net browser v3.5 ok but failed to obtain automatic settings.
Music is just like any other bar type phones no improvement though Ear phones quality is good over to earlier models. Further the standard plug in concept of head phones is good.
Battery under performs to the features of set. It would have been nice if it leasts 6-8hours usage.
Another user function I liked is Widget. Nice one.
But comparing all the un stable photo hardware has spoiled my mood.
