  seller cancelled my winning bid after stating it as lost and then reposted them up after. not a good seller. put them up for buy it now at the price you want or don't bother with bidding

  I've sold shoes for cheaper than £18 so the price was not a problem. I couldn't find the shoes and was afraid of delivery delays so I cancelled the order. When I found the shoes I messaged the buyer and offered him the shoes at his winning bid price but he didn't reply to my message or offer. Instead he thought it was better to give me a negative feedback. Kudos to him. It's a shame I always deliver on time and offer Fantastic value.

  I regret the way I handled the cancellation of this order, I should have contacted the buyer and offered my apologies. Regrettably I misjudged the starting bid price for this item and should have updated the listing before it had bids. Ultimately I am on ebay to get some value from unwanted items not for charity. I already offer amazig prices but I just couldn't sell genuine Tom Ford frames at such a low price so again receive my apologies and I will learn from this and do better in the future.
