  Sad Face... I paid $120 for a signed & numbered book from my favorite author that was listed as "a new, unread, unused book in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages." I was so very excited! However, the book I received had many damaged pages. I reached out to the seller, sent them pictures, and they basically said, "All our books are in that condition. There's nothing we can do about it. Sorry, not sorry." I don't think they could have cared less. I am extremely disappointed. :(
