The only real "complaint" was the shipping time, or more accurately, the handling time. From auction end to ship date was well over a week; however, the seller was responsive when I asked them about it, and my previous experience with them was positive. Everyone gets busy sometimes.

Know ahead of time that processing seems to take 3-8 days post auction, so I wouldn't bid on anything time sensitive. Communication is helpful if you need to reach out, and they're great about combining orders if you purchase multiple items within a few days of each other.

I would have been worried if everyone hadn't stated shipping was really slow. I was patient and it eventually shipped without me having to contact the seller. As long as you don't need something immediately, this is a great seller. Got this item at a good price!

Two items were jammed next to each other without protection into a single bubble-wrapped package inside a box that was four times as large as necessary and that was very poorly taped on the outside. When I received the box it was coming apart. Fortunately no damage to the contents from shipping, but still very disconcerting. I'd add that this problem is unusual with this seller.

That being said, I'm just down the highway from them, so once they get it in the mail, it's only 2 days to me, so I'm good with that. The camera was packed very well. I am a repeat and very satisfied customer of this particular Goodwill enterprise. The items I've ordered from them have always been better than described, and a great value for the money spent. And you can feel good about your purchase that you're supporting a charity.

Item was appropriately and well packaged with bubble wrap. The camera was about as described and what I can reasonably expect for something in "for parts" condition. You really need to scrutinize the photos to understand its condition. Good value and overall positive transaction. Thanks!
