Based in Seattle, WA, Friendly Earth Intl, Inc. is an eStewards-certified electronics recycler and refurbisher. Our business is built upon the desire to protect our environment by preventing electronic waste from being dumped into landfills or exported to third-world countries.

The average American home has hundreds of dollars worth of unused tech collecting dust. Here in the greater Seattle area we are doing our part to keep that tech from going to the dump, whether it be through refurbishing or the breaking down of parts for recycling.

Easy to work with, one of the DIMMS was bad but refunded half. As I hard on expedite prefer on another DIMM elsewhere. They made it right so can’t ask for more than that. Part of the risk with older parts. Would/will buy from again

The laptop works perfect but has two fractures in the chassis, they do not affect the functionality, the shipping time was very long but it is not the fault of the seller was UPS, the battery does not support more than 10 minutes but it is possible to replace it without much trouble, it is still acceptable for the price.
