The bag was listed as new without tags. This was false, it was used. It had a weird smell as well as a hair tie in one of the pockets. I also ordered a tote in this same pattern from another vendor that was new with tags. The backpack was faded in color compared to the new tote. Be weary of descriptions from this seller.
